Meet Our Leadership Team

As the Founder and CEO of CloudAstra, Jag is committed and passionate about creating software products to address complex challenges of healthcare care coordination and orchestration.

His extensive experience includes serving as the CTO of Tagnos, where he conceived and created innovative solutions for Healthcare RTLS workflow orchestration applications including advanced analytics , AI/ML prediction models, and orchestration dashboards that streamlined staff scheduling and patient care coordination in healthcare settings. Prior to Tagnos he was Senior Director at Oracle and delivered Oracle Fusion mobile products. Jag was VP Engineering at Logical Apps (Acquired by Oracle), where he built the Engineering team from the ground up to create the industry leading GRC Suite of products.

He has an Engineering degree from NITK Surathkal and MBA from IIM Calcutta. He holds several patents in workflow orchestration and business rules execution. He is the author of “Orchestrating Healthcare Workflows using RTLS and AI/ML” (https://a.co/d/j0TgUea)

Jag is passionate about healthy living and the outdoors and when he is not creating software Jag could be out on a hike, cooking up a vegan dish, or on a walk with his golden retriever Thor.

Sukesh Belenje is a seasoned healthcare technology leader, with extensive experience in bringing significant value to healthcare customers. Sukesh joined Jag Padala as a cofounder of CloudAstra with the primary intent of seeing how to make a difference in improving the state of healthcare.

While working as the Executive VP of enterprise solutions in ProKarma (acquired by Concentrix) Sukesh was instrumental in growing the healthcare accounts like Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, Providence Health, etc from virtually 0 to over 35 million USD. Sukesh has worked in companies of all sizes, ranging from early-stage startups to large companies like Avaya & Concentrix. He has held leadership positions in engineering, services, and business development.

Sukesh quest for continued learning got him recently started on Stanford’s Graduate School of Business LEAD program where he has had a chance to learn from some of the world’s best business academic faculty and gets to interact with global leaders with diverse industry experience.
